NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Village of Eldorado Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a hearing on a variance requested by Therasa Smith, 151 N Maple Street, Eldorado, Preble County, Ohio, Village lot number 86. The request is for a variance to permit the construction of a barn that exceeds the rear yard setback. This being Case #EA-1-025.
