NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS ZONING CASE #26-01 The Englewood Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. , or as soon thereafter as the matter may be reached on the agenda, at the Englewood Government Center, 333 West National Road, Englewood, Ohio 45322. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for rezoning and preliminary subdivision approval for approximately 72.789 acres located on the north side of West National Road, approximately 650 feet west of Old Carriage Drive. The applicant, Moranda Homes, proposes the development of 162 single-family residential lots on the subject property. Following the Planning Commission's review, a recommendation will be forwarded to the Englewood City Council. The City Council will hold a public hearing on the same application on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the same location. Public participation is encouraged.
