Martin whose present place of residence is unknown, whose last known address was 1465 North Aukerman Street, Eaton, Ohio, will take notice that on March 26, 2026 Somerville Bank, fka Somerville National Bank filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. 26CV033740 in the Court of Common Pleas of Preble County, Ohio, 101 East Main Street, Eaton, Ohio 45320, alleging that, amongst other things, the Defendant Unknown Heirs, Devisees, and Legatees of John N. Martin has or may claim to have an interest in the real property as further described as follows: SITUATE IN THE CITY OF EATON, COUNTY OF PREBLE, STATE OF OHIO AND BEING LOT NUMBERED 2699 AS THE SAME IS KNOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE RECORDED PLAT OF SAID CITY OF EATON.
