CITY OF CLAYTON, OHIO SUMMARY OF RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES Enacted June 5, 2025 On June 5, 2025, Council conducted the second of two readings and enacted the following Ordinance: 1. Ordinance No. O-05-25-06, authorizing amendment to designation of job categories and pay schedules. Council further conducted a single reading and immediate enactment of the following Resolutions: 1. Resolution No. R-06-25-47, amending Council Rule IV (7) pertaining to motions to reconsider. 2. Resolution No. R-06-25-48, authorizing the City Manager to accept proposal of and enter into an agreement with Russell Tree Experts LTD. For 2025 tree removal, trimming, and related services. 3. Resolution No. R-06-25-49, approving amendment of 2025 appropriations and estimated resources. 4. Resolution No. R-06-25-50, authorizing the City Manager to purchase from Dinkmar, Inc. a leaf vacuum machine at a total cost of $92,000.00.
