PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Clayton City Council will hold a Special Council Meeting on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at 6996 Taywood Road, Englewood, Ohio 45322. Clayton City Council will be given a recommendation from the Planning Commission regarding the issue of a permanent ban on Adult Use Cannabis businesses and operators such as processors, dispensaries, and/or cultivators within the City of Clayton . A public hearing will be held for residents to voice their concerns prior to Council voting. Clayton City Council may pass a motion to adopt, adopt with conditions, or reject the Planning Commission recommendation at this public hearing. The hearing is open to the public.
