NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution/Ordinance of the Harrison Township Trustees, Preble County, Ohio, passed on the 15th day of January, 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people of Harrison Township (excluding the Villages of Verona and Lewisburg) at the Special Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 6th day of May, 2025 the question of: Issue 6 Shall the Township Trustees of Harrison Township have the authority to aggregate the retail electric customers located in the unincorporated areas of the Township, and for that purpose, enter into services agreements to facilitate for those customers the sale and purchase of electricity, conversion to the aggregation program will occur automatically unless the customers choose to opt out of the program?
