PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Clayton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 23, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. Planning Commission will hear a request for a Preliminary Subdivision Plan and Rezoning for the Westbrook Estates Subdivision, a proposed residential subdivision . The request was made by Shanghi Enterprises, LLC (property owner). Planning Commission may pass a motion to recommend approval, approval with conditions, or disapproval to Clayton City Council at this public hearing. The application and plans may be reviewed at the Clayton Government Center, 6996 Taywood Road, during regular business hours or online at https://www.clayton.oh.us/375/Planning - Commission-Agenda .
