NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Village of Eldorado is accepting bids for the sale of a Katolight 3 phase generator. Model #D35FJH4, 120/240 volts, KW–35, KVA–43.75, and 105 Amps per term. Hercules engine 4 cycle diesel model #D2300. It has a block heater and battery tender both 110 volts. Manual transfer switch. Fuel tank. 488 hours, works and runs good. Available for inspection by calling the village office at (937)273-5120. Bid opening will be on June 21, 2025 at 9:30 A.M. at the Village Council Meeting 160 N Main St Eldorado Oh 45321. Mail bids to Village of Eldorado P.O. Box 250 Eldorado Oh 45321. Envelopes containing bids should be plainly marked “BIDS FOR GENERATOR”. The Village of Eldorado Council reserves the right to accept or reject any and or all proposals or to waive any irregularities in the bidding process and to enter into a contract with the bidder who in their consideration offered the best responsible and responsive bid.
