PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Clayton Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 28, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. The Planning Commission will review Revisions to City of Clayton's Planning & Zoning Code, specifically section "1141.11 Violations; remedies" and possible revision(s) relating to Recreational Adult Use Cannabis . The Planning Commission will make a recommendation to City Council for their final action. The list of revisions proposed for the Planning & Zoning Code may be reviewed at the Clayton Government Center, 6996 Taywood Road, during regular business hours or online at: http://clayton.oh.us/375/Planning-Commission-Agendas . This meeting is open to the public. If you are unable to attend in person, you can submit a letter that will be forwarded to the Planning Commission for consideration.
